  • When does my order ship?
    • We ship all the orders within 2 business days.
  • What are the shipping rates?
    • Shipping is free across USA. No minimum order requirements.
  • What if some item from my order is Out of Stock while Order Fulfillment?
    • We try to keep all the inventory up-to-date. However, many a times products do become unavailable, in such cases we will call you to ask about any replacements. If nothing works out we will refund the full amount for that item.
  • My product packaging is not the same as image on webstore!
    • From time to time manufacturers keep re-branding or renewing packaging of their products. Though we try to keep on top of these changes, we may lag behind in changing images sometimes. Be rest assured the items we ship will be the exact same product. The packaging may vary slightly.
  • What if I do not find some item which I want?
    • We have a very wide range of products, though please add the item in the 'Notes' section while confirming the order and we will try to procure and ship along with your order. The charges will be close to similar type of items on our webstore.
  • How do I return something?
    • Please review our return policy carefully. If the item(s) are eligible for return please contact us by filling the form on contact us page or emailing us. Please include your order number while doing so.
